Our mission
To protect, empower and advocate alongside LGBTQ+ people through practical services, community care and systemic change.
Our purpose
Our work brings together emergency assistance, trusted referrals, education support, livelihoods and advocacy. We listen first, respond to the priorities people identify, and protect confidentiality throughout the process.
We recognise that no single service solves every challenge. That is why we collaborate with affirming professionals and community networks while sharing only the information needed to provide support.
To protect, empower and advocate alongside LGBTQ+ people through practical services, community care and systemic change.
A society where every LGBTQ+ person can live safely, openly and with equal opportunity.
Our principles
We minimise data collection, assess risk and never publish identifying stories without informed permission.
Community knowledge informs our priorities, programme design and understanding of what meaningful support looks like.
People remain active decision-makers in their own lives. We offer options without coercion, judgement or fees.
